To possibly save you time,
do the following prior to calling the Service Department:

Find out what size pool you have. If
above ground, please tell us the wall height. Is it 48",52",
54", or 56"?
Don't just say it is 4'. Technically, both 48" & 52" are considered 4' in some
way. Is it a round pool, oval, or a Kayak / Sun Holiday / Olympic rectangle? If you have
an in-ground pool, what shape is it and what is the length, width, and depth?

Tell us about the part that is broke.
For example, if you are calling for a new filter tank, please tell us the size
and brand of your existing one. If we don't know what product you
presently have and the size of your pool, it is impossible to get you the
proper part for proper function.

If you get voice mail when calling,
expedite your service request by doing the following:

How did you find out about us? If
yellow pages, which exact one? (What brand book? ex. AT&T, Verizon, Yellow
Book, Haines, Windstream, and so on. Also, what city is the book
distributed in? For example, maybe you live in Chillicothe but you
obtained a Columbus AT&T yellow pages book.)

If a referral is how you found out about
us, then who referred you?

Give your customer ID number (if you
are an existing customer and know it)

Give us your full name (spell it if it
is not simple)

Give us your phone number with area
code.

Give your present address

Leave as much information as possible
for us to reach you, ex. home phone, work, cell phone, pager, email
address, etc.

Leave a detailed message of symptoms /
characteristics of the problem with your pool.

Speak clearly!
Our technician will contact you and schedule your service visit.

When technicians are in the field, calls
will be returned the next regular business day in the order they were
received.

Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend service is now available at an
