If you are in need of service to correct a problem with your spa, fill out the service form lower down this page, email our service department at click here or call our Spa Service Center at the phone numbers listed below.  These lines rings directly into the area's largest spa service center featuring:

If you get voice mail when calling, expedite your service request by doing the following:

  • How did you find out about us?  If yellow pages, which exact one? (What brand book? ex. AT&T, Verizon, Yellow Book, Haines, Windstream, and so on.  Also, what city is the book distributed in?  For example, maybe you live in Chillicothe but you obtained a Columbus AT&T yellow pages book.)

  • If a referral is how you found out about us, then who referred you?

  • Give your customer ID number (if you know it)

  • Give us your full name (spell it if it is not simple)

  • Give us your phone number with area code.

  • Give your present address

  • Leave as much information as possible for us to reach you, ex. home phone, work phone, cell phone, pager, email address, etc.

  • Leave a detailed message of symptoms / characteristics of the problem with your spa

  • Speak clearly!

Our technician will contact you and, if necessary, will schedule your service visit.

  • When technicians are in the field, calls will be returned the next regular business day in the order they were received.

  • Service Department hours are Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Weekend, after hours, and holiday service is available for additional fees.  Call for details.

If a visit is necessary, please be prepared to provide us with access to any and all sides of the spa, depending on the problem.
